Meeting Theme - Communal Repairs

This meeting will be an opportunity for Residents to tell ISHA their views (good and bad) on the way Communal Repairs are handled. This might include the way in which repairs can be reported, the information to Rsidents about what is happening, the way the repairs are actually done, or anything else on this topic.

Some specific areas which we think could be covered include:

• the communal repairs process
• the link with Local KPIs
• specific issues in new build properties
• the links with the Defects process in new build properties

but the agenda is open to all Resident concerns on this topic.

Agenda

1. Capture concerns from the residents in attendance (1hr15)
2. Identify any key themes (15 mins)
3. Review previous meeting actions (15 mins)
4. AOB (15 mins)

The following meeting (7th July) will be used to work with ISHA to come up with some specific improvement plans.
